Sketchbook, One Drawing a Day: Clouds
For this weeks sketchbook drawings I started playing around with Photoshop brushes and experimenting with different looks for clouds. Using photographs as reference, I created 30 different gradients for the sky colors. The gradients were used as the basis for each days sketch, sampling colors and incorporating them into the cloud formations. Some of the brushes I used were from my existing brush library. I also downloaded free brushes from http://www.brusheezy.com/ and http://myphotoshopbrushes.com/brushes/.
